How much sleep does a toddler need?
Toddlers (1–2 years) are generally recommended to get 11–14 hours of sleep per night, per National Sleep Foundation guidelines.
Most toddlers still need one daytime nap to hit their total sleep need. If naps are dropped early, nighttime sleep often needs to shift earlier to compensate.
