How much sleep does a infant need?

Infants (4–11 months) are generally recommended to get 1215 hours of sleep per night, per National Sleep Foundation guidelines.

Infants are consolidating sleep into longer nighttime stretches plus daytime naps. Total sleep (including naps) matters more than any single "bedtime" at this age.
